Cancellations – Contact me with in 24 hrs of your order.

Wrong address – If you realize you have the wrong address in your account please message me ASAP if your package is not in the mail yet, I can change it before shipping.  If it already in the mail that is up to you to file a forwarding address or call USPS about a package interception.

Broken or damaged – If the item is damaged or broken apron arrival please send me a picture when you message me about your order.  It will make the process much faster.  I’ll get you out a new bead ASAP!  email me thru etsy, directly at , or you can also text me at.  360-908-3455

Received the wrong product – I’m super sorry about that. I do mess up from time to time.  I will send you a call tag to send the wrong item back to me. I’ll get a new order out to you ASAP.  If it was a one of a kind item I can make you a new one or you can choose to have a return done in full.

Returns – Are accepted by contacting me with in 30 days of the day it was delivered, as stated by USPS tracking. No returns on items less then $5.00.  For orders over $5.01 message me for a call tag, all returns will be charged a $4.00 return fee.  So you will receive $4 less than the cost of the item, This does not include shipping charge.  $4 return fee also includes any order with free shipping.   I refund payments within 2 days of being received.

Exchanges – Are accepted by contacting me with in 30 days of the day it was delivered. Exchanges are accepted for the same bead of a different size.  Buyer pays return shipping to get item back to me.  I’ll pay for shipping back to you, I think it’s fair we both loose a couple bucks.

“Return to sender/ unable to forward” – For Items that are returned to me by USPS “Return to sender/ unable to forward.  Item cost will refunded minus the $4 return fee.  If you still want the item you will have to reorder it.

Lost parcels – we must wait 20 days after estimated delivery date for domestic shipping to file a lost package claim.  I do not refund any amount on lost packages.  Orders that are lost must be repurchased as a whole new order and original orders will be processed once we hear back from USPS.


Sunshine Dread Beads occasionally sells items that are not eligible for return. These items include custom, sale items, personalized orders, 2nds on glass, perishable products (like food, dried herbs, incense or flowers), digital down loads, body jewelry (like earrings or plugs), and items on sale or items labeled as clearance or scratch and dent. These item sales are considered final and no returns or refunds will be granted. The buyer assumes responsibility for any and all risks that may be associated with purchasing said items. While the clearance or scratch and dent items have been tested for basic functionality, they may have superficial physical defects including (but not limited to) scratches, dings, or dents. Should any items prove defective in either quality or performance after the sale is complete, the buyer assumes responsibility for the cost of all necessary servicing or repairs and agrees to absolve both Sunshine Dread Beads from any and all responsibility, unless otherwise required by law. Clearance or scratch and dent items are not covered by any type of 30-day warranty or satisfaction guarantee.

Sunshine Dread Beads also sells unique or custom order items that are often times made to order and/or are considered special order items. These items are ordered in on a case by case basis. Consequently custom or special order items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. The buyer assumes responsibility that the items ordered will fit their needs.


Buyer is responsible for all custom taxes and fees on their orders. Keep in mind that international orders which have been refused by the receiver or deemed undelivered by the shipping carrier may be subject to duties, taxes, customs charges or brokerage fees on the return shipment. Sunshine Dread Beads reserves the right to deduct these additional costs, in addition to all freight charges, from the product refund. If you would like to return an item it is recommended that all shipments be accepted and then sent back following our standard return process. Refusing a package has the potential to cause delays in return shipping as well as incur additional shipping charges.
