I only ship orders once the whole order is ready. Orders are normally shipped out in one box. If they don’t fit in one box you will receive a tracking number for each box/ package. If you are missing part of an order please message me so I can look in to it for you.
Most orders are shipped with in 1-2 business day. Orders ship out Monday thru Friday unless it’s a holiday. A few times a year I go to festivals and lead times will be extended by 2-3 days. When I do festivals any extended lead times will be announce on all my platforms. If you have any questions about your order feel free to contact me. I will get back to you as soon as possible.
The delivery time of your package primarily depends on the shipping carrier and the service level selected. When selecting the shipping method for your package, please keep in mind that most carriers do not work on weekends or major holidays. When carriers quote shipping days, they are referring to business days. Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, with the exception of holidays observed by the selected parcel carrier. For specific delivery estimates, you can usually find detailed information on the carrier’s website or you can also contact one of our customer service representatives for specific details. As a general rule, USPS transit times are as follows:
- USPS Next Day Air – Delivered within 1 Business Day
- USPS 2nd Day Air – Delivered within 2 Business Days
- USPS 3-Day Service – Delivered within 3 Business Days
- USPS First Class – Delivered within 3-5 Business Days
- USPS First Class International 7-14 Business Days
DAMAGED / LOST SHIPMENT
If your shipment shows up damaged or broken. Do not discard any boxes or packaging materials that were included with the shipment. In order to fully process a damage claim, all original products and packaging materials must be provided. Sunshine Dread Beads is not liable for damage claims that are denied due to customer negligence or the carrier denies.
If you still don’t have you package within 14 days of the estimated delivery time and your tracking does not say delivered. Please message me, occasionally the carriers do lose packages and I can file a lost package request on your behalf. I will get you out a new order if your package is marked as not delivered ASAP once these steps are followed. USPS requires lost package claims to wait till the package is 20 days after the expected delivery date to file a claim. Please message me but have patience, it’s out of my control at that point.
Sunshine Dread Beads is not liable for shipments the carrier has marked as delivered but you don’t have. Packages are out of my control once given to USPS. Once it’s in the mail I can’t change or correct an address. If a package says it’s delivered but you don’t have it, check with your neighbor they may have it. Once tracking says it’s been delivered, I and USPS are not responsible for packages that at stolen off of your property even if it was insured. No refunds will be given on delivered packages that were lost or stolen.
Tracking numbers will typically be emailed once an order has been processed and shipped. However, in the event, a tracking number has not been provided we would be more than happy to obtain one upon request and look into why you haven’t received one.
